Ohio's tourism bureaus run food trails: a list of local shops, often a passport to stamp, and sometimes a T-shirt at the end. This site gathers 5 of them that a bureau runs and that don't involve alcohol, with each bureau's stop list, rules and timing notes quoted and linked.
